You know your conflict questions

Clients and others ask me what they can do, could have done, or might do differently or better in the future.

Conflict Managers speak of ‘hurting truces’ and of ‘ripeness’ to resolve conflict, where the parties are so damaged that continuing the fight causes more pain than resolving their conflict would. Eventually, the cost of conflict is greater than the benefit of resolution.

Wouldn’t it be nice to manage conflict with less pain in the future? You can learn the lessons that conflict teaches you.
